1 · Receipt
The API stores the notice before it reports success. If durable storage is unavailable, the page says the notice was not recorded instead of showing a false confirmation.
This dedicated form is for notices under New Jersey's Daniel's Law. A covered person may submit it directly, and an authorized person or representative may submit it without access to the covered person's email account.
Recordwell creates a server-timestamped receipt first, then withholds the identified fields from public output while the notice is reviewed. This is separate from the ordinary identity-removal form.
Do not upload identity documents, Social Security numbers, court credentials, or a copy of a driver's licence. The form needs only enough information to identify the protected field and contact the submitter.

Save this reference. The status view intentionally does not repeat the covered person's name, address, or telephone.

The exact covered person plus home address or telephone is withheld from reports and from the free address-to-residents result. Other records about the same person and other residents are not removed by this field-level notice.
The statutory queue is separate from ordinary removal and privacy-request deadlines. Support can follow up with the submitter using the receipt reference.
Recordwell can protect its searchable output. A notice submitted here does not alter a county record, professional licence, or another original publisher's copy.
Use the ordinary removal form to suppress an entire Recordwell identity, or contact support for access, correction, restriction, and other legal notices.
This form is limited to New Jersey Daniel's Law notices. It does not provide legal advice or determine whether a submitter is a covered or authorized person.
