Every message goes to a person. We answer within one business day. Removal requests are processed whether or not you have an account, and they are always free.

Where to write
Privacy requests
support@recordwell.ai — access, correction, deletion, and do-not-sell-or-share requests. The fastest route is the removal form: no payment, no account, no Social Security number.
Legal notices
support@recordwell.ai — notices, law-enforcement requests and anything addressed to the company rather than the product. For a New Jersey Daniel's Law notice, use the dedicated statutory form so the receipt and protected-field controls start immediately.
Reporting an error in a report
Write to support with the report link. Records can be incomplete or attributed to the wrong person, and we would rather correct one than defend it.

Who you are dealing with
Recordwell is operated by GRUNDLAGEN TECHNOLOGIE LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 434416, registered office Fragklinou Rousvelt 140, 1st floor, Flat/Office 101, 3011 Limassol, Cyprus.
Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are not stored by Recordwell. Prices are published on the pricing page, and the cancellation and refund terms are in section 4 of the Terms.
What we cannot do by email
Remove another adult
Ordinary removal requests come from the person themselves, or from a parent or legal guardian of a minor. An authorized person submitting a New Jersey Daniel's Law notice must use the dedicated statutory form.
Provide a consumer report
Recordwell is not a Consumer Reporting Agency and cannot supply anything for an employment, tenancy, credit or insurance decision. See the FCRA notice.
Remove information at its publisher
We can suppress our copy. Information outside Recordwell remains under its publisher's control, and the removal page explains the available routes.
Monitor an identity
We do not monitor credit files, scan criminal marketplaces, restore a stolen identity or sell insurance. That is a different product from a different kind of provider.
Recordwell is not a Consumer Reporting Agency. Reports may not be used for employment, tenancy, credit, insurance or any other FCRA-covered decision.
