Billing questions
Will I be charged without asking?
No. A charge starts only when you choose a plan and complete checkout yourself. There is no trial that converts quietly, and cancelling stops the renewal while access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to reports I already ran?
They stay in your account and remain readable whatever plan you use later.
Will there be a trial that converts?
No hidden conversion. Any trial end date, renewal price and cancellation control must be shown before payment.
Do you sell data?
No. We do not sell personal data, and reports are visible only to the account that ran them.
Run a report before any of this matters
Reports are complete, not samples. Everything you have already run stays in your account whatever plan you use later.
